Although this is not all of our crew, these are definitely some of our star farmers! They work hard and bring their A game every time they're in the field. Keep checking this page to see what other members of our team get added!

Marissa Wileczek is a 17 year old youth farmer. She started working at Sankofa in her 8th grade year, and fell in love with the farm ever since. She loves the fact that the program not only helps with scholarships, but other personal matters. She dreams of being a geologist after she leaves the farm.

Ant Akaines is a 18 year old youth farmer who started working at Sankofa in 10th grade. He loves the fresh air and fresh produce he has access to at the farm, and dreams of having a career in music.

Hajjah Grover is a supervisor at the farm. She's been connected with the space since her 10th grade year, where she was a youth farmer. She loves how peaceful and calm the farm makes her feel. Her dream was to own her own gardening business, which she has accomplished already!
